The Mission
BMC is looking for a Content Creator to support our Marketing Team on the execution of impactful campaigns.
This role combines:
• A highly developed visual and design skillset
• Hands-on execution skills on Graphic Design, Video and Photo
• Understanding of how strong brands are built and maintained
• A strong connection to the sports world, ideally with cycling knowledge
You will translate BMC’s “Create Speed” philosophy into sharp, inspiring, and consistent assets across all global touchpoints - from campaign assets to retail presence to digital activations.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital, print, retail, and product-related environments
• Bring the spirit and innovation of the impec lab to life in all creative outputs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, designers, and agencies
• Support creative workflows, timelines, and asset delivery

Your Skillset & Profile
Creative Skills
• Strong visual skillset
• Graphic design skills — layout, typography, brand systems
• Solid experience in motion design, including animation
• Photo & video expertise; ability to develop concepts briefs and produce high-quality content
• Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics
Execution & Collaboration
• Ability to collaborate with agencies and creative partners
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Production and editing skills (photo, video)
Personal Attributes
• Customer first mindset
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English; German and/or French are advantages
• Understanding of the sports world, ideally with cycling knowledge
• Passion for performance products and innovation-driven environments
